In this pivotal role, reporting to the Global Director of TA, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership to identify, attract and secure top‐tier talent that aligns with our strategic objectives. Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with executive leadership to define leadership hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that meet organisational goals
Talent Sourcing: Utilise advanced sourcing techniques and extensive networks to identify and attract high‐calibre leadership and executive talent
Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to communicate progress and provide regular updates on recruitment initiatives and candidate pipelines
Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of hiring efforts and continuously enhance recruitment processes
Proven track record in direct talent search, particularly at leadership and executive level across various domains including technology, product, commercial, and corporate
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders at all levels
Comprehensive understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape in talent acquisition
This is a hybrid position — office presence in Madrid is required.
