About the Role:
This is a mission-critical role for Abacum. We’re scaling fast, and this role will shape how we scale faster.



You’ll have a direct impact on how the company operates, executes, and grows.

We’re looking for someone to lead Abacum’s AI transformation from the inside.

This is not a consulting or experimentation role. You will be hands-on building agents, redesigning workflows, and embedding AI into how every team operates.

Your first focus will be GTM. You’ll rethink how we generate pipeline, run outbound, qualify leads, and execute sales using AI. From there, you’ll expand across the rest of the company.

The goal is simple: make Abacum move faster, with less manual work, and more leverage per person. Over time, you will help reshape how every function operates, turning AI into a real competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Redesign GTM using AI: Rebuild how we generate pipeline, run outbound, qualify leads, and execute sales using AI. This is your first priority.
- Build and scale AI workflows: Identify high-friction processes,
