As a Global Product Manager based in Barcelona/Morristown (remote), you will take ownership of a diverse product portfolio in the Paints & Coatings segment and help shape Arxada’s continued growth globally. This role is ideal for a collaborative and analytical professional who enjoys driving strategic decisions,



strengthening portfolio performance, and removing barriers that enable teams to deliver results with grit and purpose. You will work closely with cross‑functional colleagues to influence product strategy, enhance competitiveness, and support long‑term business success.

Essential Job Functions:
- Pricing & Margin Leadership: Lead pricing strategy and margin optimization across assigned product groups, including tactical pricing actions during supply constraints or market volatility. Establish pricing floors using cost inputs, segmentation, and market intelligence.
- Product & Asset Roadmap Ownership: Maintain mid‑ to long‑term product and asset roadmaps that support portfolio evolution, asset footprint decisions, risk assessments, and business continuity planning.
- Portfolio Optimization & Profitability Projects: Drive profitability initiatives such as value engineering, SKU consolidation, SMO
