Need a cook with at least 5 years of experience working with hot and cold line. Concept of the restaurant is seafood.
You will be expected to be creative, innovative, imaginative as you will be continuously keep working with the produce in season. So menu to be changing monthly or daily as per in season produce. The emphasis will be on simplicity and the flavours of the main produce of the dish.
Cook speaking Spanish and a second language is preferred.
The kitchen is an open concept therefore a high demand on a clean working environment, orderly and quiet kitchen will be essential.
Relocation expenses will be not be offered for this position.
