Nickel is a start-up belonging to the BNP Paribas Group. What do we do?

Office Manager will oversee office management and purchasing activities taking care of facilities, ensuring the safety of employees and buildings, managing premises, real estate, etc.

The Office Manager is responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and overseeing administrative support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Office Manager main missions are:
- Office Management:
- Ensuring safety of employees and buildings and managing real estate by watching over office conditions
- Travels and events organization (in-house or offsite activities (e.g. celebrations or conferences)
- Organizing office layout, purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintain proper stock levels
- Managing corporate fleets: cars, mobile, IT equipment, etc.
- Provide general support to potential visitors and office accesses management
- Mail and courier management
- Act as a local point of contact with corporate IT teams
- Serve as SPOC for office manager du
