For our reservations department (Anfi Vacation Club - Anfi Group), we need an operator with a proficient level of languages, capable of managing work and stressful situations well, working as a team, being customer-oriented and easy to adapt.

Its main tasks are:
- Management and registration of customer reservations (accommodation, transport, excursions...).
- Manage reservation confirmations.
- Collection of operations that require payment.
- Preparation of reports.
Requirements:
- High level of Dutch and English or Dutch and German.
- Experience in customer service is valued.
Terms:
- €1500 gross/month,
- 09:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday),
- Lunch, uniform and parking
