BEAST Asian Eatery and Bar is a high-end Asian restaurant located at Forum, Golden Mile in Marbella, known for exceptional food, a loyal international clientele, and a warm, personal atmosphere.

We are now looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations.

This is an operational leadership role, not an office-based position. You will be present on the floor, leading by example and driving service excellence every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations (FOH & bar)
- Actively lead the team on the floor during service
- Staff scheduling and man-hour control
- Cost control, margins, and FOH economics
- Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
- Recruit, train, motivate, and develop the team
- Work closely with ownership and kitchen management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of restaurant economics, cost control, and staffing
- Confident,



decisive, and hands-on leadership style
- High work ethic and strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent English is required (Spanish is a strong plus)
- Experience in high-end or premium restaurants is preferred
