You will also support the resolution of quality deviations, contributing to a smooth handover to the customer and ensuring optimal performance throughout the turbine's lifetime. Provide technical mechanical support during the installation, adjustment and finishing phases of the WTG
Identify and support the resolution of quality deviations to ensure smooth commissioning and long‐term turbine reliability
Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements on site and intervene whenever safety rules are not followed
Deliver technical guidance and on‐site training to supervisors and field teams
Collaborate in prototype testing and validation of new technical solutions. Perform quality checks on site, including complete reporting of findings and corrective actions
Previous experience working in wind farms (installation, mechanical works, maintenance or assembly)
Experience leading teams or working in quality roles is highly valued
Good computer skills (Office, reporting tools, technical platforms)
Strong focus on safety, quality and operational excellence
Good level of English (spoken and written) is required
