In this role, you will be in charge of the coordination of shipments with all the correspondent parties involved, the issuance of documents and distribution of shipment documents on time according to established policies and procedures;

Ensure proper execution of contracts and the vessels assigned, including documentation process from contract to final invoice and other related documents.
Act as liaison with traders, brokers, port agents at origin and destinations, supervision companies,



internal and external clients to ensure the smooth flow of information and execution between departments.
Documents distribution (issuance and delivery on time) for ensuring a presentation and cash cycle in accordance with the required TATs.
Degree in Business Management, International Business, Logistics or related field.
~+/- 4 years of experience in Import / Export operations or related field.
~ Advanced in both written and spoken English and Spanish. French, German, Portuguese).
~ Computer proficiency (SAP, Analytical tools, MS Office).
