The role is responsible for driving team performance, supporting partners throughout the customer lifecycle, and ensuring successful renewal outcomes while identifying opportunities for customer growth and expansion.

Support the team in identifying risks, retention opportunities, and customer growth potential.
Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Vendor, and Partner teams to maximize customer lifetime value.
Monitor renewal pipelines and provide accurate forecasting and performance reporting.
Promote the adoption of Customer Lifecycle Services and lifecycle best practices.
Experience leading customer success, renewals, account management, or retention teams.
