You will work directly with clients and build models and product modules with our engineers. YOU MAY BE A FIT IF YOU HAVEHands-on R&D; experience in a food or beverage company.
Essential: not a purely academic profile. A PhD or equivalent depth in food science, food chemistry or nutrition. Real understanding of how a product behaves: ingredient functionality, process, stability, shelf life. Confidence working with data and Python. Spanish and English, and willingness to travel to plants. Experience in bakery, dairy, beverages or plant-based, predictive models applied to food, and EU food regulation are highly valued.
