About the Project

Join our Engineering team, where we're building a new suite of product operation tools to revolutionize how we work. Our mission is to streamline request collection, spec definition, roadmap organization, and development tracking—creating a coherent vision of all activities across the company.

You'll work on Octopus, our AI-powered automation system currently focused on harmonizing release notes generation across teams. This is just the beginning:



we're building toward ingesting all tickets and development data with AI to automatically generate roadmaps and ensure coherence between teams.

Powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and integrated with platforms like Notion and Azure DevOps, your work will be central to building these AI-enhanced, end-to-end flows that transform cross-team collaboration.

About the Mission

You'll drive the adoption and evolution of our Octopus tool across the organization. Working with diverse teams, you'll customize workflows, optimize AI-powered integrations, and ensure seamless implementation. Your impact: transforming how teams communicate releases and building the foundation for AI-driven roadmap coordination.
