Your mission:
Join IMPAG Iberia and take the lead in der management and logistics as a Customer Service Specialist. Be a key point of contact f customers and suppliers in a dynamic, growing, and versátil environment.

Your responsabilities:
- Manage the full der and logistics process f the sales team
- Act as the main point of contact f customers, suppliers, and international service partners
- Enter and manage customer ders
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints




- Organize transptation and shipments
- Close customer ders after invoicing and cost analysis
- Manage supplier ders
- Suppt the sales team with general administrative tasks

Job requirements:
- You have a background in business administration, commerce, several years of experience in a similar Customer Service role.
- You have experience +3 years of experience in distribution.
- You have experience in impt/expt operations.
- You are proficient in English.
- You enjoy interacting with customers and have proven experience in customer-facing roles.
