- As an E-Systems Quality Tools, Process and IDEA Manager, you will lead the digitalization of quality processes across the Europe & Africa region. You will support and develop quality management tools, drive innovative IDEA projects, and enable teams to adopt digital solutions that improve efficiency, quality,



and business performance across the E-Systems Quality organization.

Responsibilities:
Manage, maintain, and enhance digital quality platforms, including Palantir Foundry, SharePoint, Dundas BI, and regional quality tools.
- Lead digitalization and automation initiatives that improve quality processes, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
- Develop and implement innovative IDEA projects that deliver measurable business impact across the Europe & Africa region.
- Design and deploy new digital solutions to address complex quality and process challenges.
- Train, coach, and support Quality team members in developing and managing digital tools and projects.
- Promote the adoption and scalability of successful regional initiatives across multiple plants and functions.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities.
