About the Role:
What You Will Do:
- Design, build, and optimize scalable data architectures leveraging Databricks on Azure.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines, models, and warehousing structures using industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Lead the implementation of ETL/ELT frameworks, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
- Guide the integration of new data sources and deployment of new capabilities.
- Define and enforce data governance, data modeling, and management standards.
- Troubleshoot data and platform issues to ensure reliable and high-performing solutions.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior team members on best practices and emerging tools.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or similar role.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Databricks and Azure data services (e.g., Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory).
- Expertise designing and implementing data pipelines, data models,



and analytics architectures in cloud environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or Scala for data engineering.
- Familiarity with data governance, security, access control, and compliance in Azure.
- Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts, dimensional modeling, and distributed systems.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and non-technical teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Fluent English
