JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Knowledge and Technology Transfer (KTT) team, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and support to maximize the team’s effectiveness.
- Develop and execute knowledge and technology transfer strategies to maximize the impact of ICFO’s research.
- Manage the identification, protection,



and commercialization of intellectual property, including patents, licenses, and spin-off ventures.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with industry, government agencies, and other research organizations to facilitate collaboration and funding opportunities.
- Oversee the negotiation and management of licensing agreements, research contracts, and other legal frameworks related to technology transfer.
- Develop and implement dissemination programs to engage with external stakeholders, including investors, entrepreneurs, and policymakers.
- Monitor and report on the impact of technology transfer activities, including economic benefits, societal impact, and alignment with the research centre’s mission.
