Responsabilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit top talent across various semiconductor and technical engineering disciplines.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from creating job postings and conducting outreach to facilitating interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting onboarding.
- Propose and actively participate in initiatives, projects, and proposals to enhance the quality of our recruiting process.

Requirements:




- Proven experience as a Recruiter within the manufacturing/semiconductor industry hiring roles such as mechanical, electrical, metrology, laser, process, and R&D; engineers or similar.
- Able to read, write, and speak both Spanish and English proficiently.
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems such as Lever, and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
