IPSECO GmbH is an aviation technical service management company and a leading provider of personnel services in the field of aircraft maintenance. With a dedicated team, we ensure the long-term placement of qualified aircraft mechanics and technicians for private and commercial airlines.

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for:
Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (M/F/d)

Locations: Nationwide in Germany (metropolitan regions of Nuremberg, Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt)

Employment Type: Full-time, on-site

Your Responsibilities:
- Maintenance, repair, and servicing of aircraft and their components
- Inspection of aircraft structures, engines, and systems
- Work in cabin construction and interior installations
- Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance in accordance with aviation regulations

Your Profile:
- Valid certification: EASA (Europe) - only fully completed certifications accepted (no online modules)




- EASA certification CAT A, B, B1, or B2 required
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in aircraft maintenance and repair (e.g., Bombardier, General Express, Learjet, Boeing, and Airbus)
- Experience in engine maintenance and overhaul
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical aircraft systems
- Completed technical vocational training in aviation technology
- Strong problem-solving skills, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure

Important Note:
A valid work permit or visa is mandatory for Europa in Germany.
