Back Market is on a mission to make refurbished tech the new norm. Within the Trade-In team, data is a key lever to improve circularity performance, operational excellence,



and business growth. From pricing and customer lifecycle to customer satisfaction and automation, the team uses data to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and drive high-impact decisions across the business.

As a Business Analyst Intern in the Trade-In team, you will support both strategic analysis and day-to-day operations. You will work on extracting, modeling, and visualizing data, improving tools and dashboards, and helping the team better understand performance drivers. This is a hands-on internship with strong exposure to business topics, operational processes, and automation initiatives, ideal for someone who wants to combine analytics with real business impact.
