Key Responsibilities

️ Technical Leadership & Development
- Design and implement ML models: supervised,



unsupervised, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
- Build GenAI solutions using RAG, Vector Databases, LangChain, Hugging Face, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Leverage frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn for model development.
- Deliver robust end-to-end solutions: data preprocessing, feature engineering, model deployment, and monitoring.

Technical Proficiency
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS (Sagemaker, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and related services).

Team Mentorship & Coaching
- Lead and mentor data scientists and ML engineers.
- Set technical direction aligned with business strategy.
- Promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous learning.
