Based at Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona, within the Finance Department, the Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting the Finance team in month-end and year-end activities. The role reports to the Finance Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

As Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- To be fully aware of and operate accurately within the hotel’s system for receiving and processing supplier invoices.
- To assist in providing relevant month-end and year-end financial information within required deadlines.
- To deal efficiently and professionally with all telephone and written queries to and from suppliers.
- To provide a cooperative and supportive service to all departments within the hotel.
- To undertake monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
