The opportunity Hitachi Energy, for our Transformers Business Unit, is looking for a Continuous Improvement Wharehouse Specialist. This role is focused on driving continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations, internal logistics, and material flow, with a strong emphasis on inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
Lead improvement projects related to warehouse management, material replenishment, and logistics processes.
Implement and optimize the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) methodology to ensure accurate and efficient inventory and material handling.
Support Just-in-Time (JIT) delivery, Kanban systems, and waste reduction initiatives.
Analyze logistics data to identify improvement opportunities and define actionable plans.
Drive improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs)



related to warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and material availability.
Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, internal logistics, material replenishment, or continuous improvement in industrial environments.
Fluent in English and willing to travel up to 50%.
