- Duration: Minimum 3 months, with the possibility of extension
- Contract Type: Fixed-term employment or freelance contract
- Workload: 56 hours per week

RESPONSIBILITIES
- You oversee and coordinate all site supervision activities related to your assigned discipline and align them with site management, contractors and involved third parties.
- You ensure compliance with project-specific HSE requirements by checking work permits, monitoring site activities, verifying the use of personal protective equipment and supporting the implementation and effectiveness of safety measures.
- You support site management, construction management and contractors in coordinating disciplines and addressing HSE-related topics on site.
- You identify, document and follow up on occupational health, safety and environmental deviations and contribute to incident investigations and reporting.
- You analyse construction and engineering deficiencies on site,



coordinate their resolution with the responsible disciplines and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and documentation.
- You participate in construction and client meetings as required by site management.
- You review contractor progress reports and support the evaluation of monthly cost forecasts.
- You contribute to monthly site reporting including HSE, progress, manpower, equipment, quality and engineering documentation.
- You interpret contractual requirements, specifications and construction standards towards contractors and the client.
- You monitor construction activities, ensure compliance with contracts and specifications and coordinate interfaces between disciplines.
- You supervise painting and coating activities on site and ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards and contractual requirements.
- You identify and resolve construction issues, evaluate deviations and support change management processes where required.
