Summary of Role & Key Responsibilities:
Summary of Role
The Finance Business Partner is an integral part of the overall Commercial and Financial business partnering support to the business. Working with the Commercial Financial Director and Business Line and Operational Leads, the role will support the general business leads in reporting, analysing and interpreting financial and operational performance metrics to inform company performance, growth, ambition and strategy. The role will coordinate forecasting, budgeting and planning.



The role will also enable an efficient and effective process and control environment. Timely reporting and analysis will be a key output of the role to support decision making and enhance operational performance.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor and track financial and KPI performance, providing variance analysis and commentary, identifying discrepancies and appropriate actions in response.
- Work closely with the Group finance function and business to develop efficient reporting tools and KPIs that support strategic goals.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy of financial data used and reported by the business.
- Consolidate and check the consistency of data used.
- Oversee and review monthly revenue recognition calculations and project performance/status reviews.
