HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
Innovation Strategy & Capability Building
- Analyze trends, emerging technologies, and global best practices in innovation and

ecosystem building. Turn research into actionable insights that inform strategy, design,
and execution.
- Design and implement innovation strategies for large corporations and institutions.
- Contribute to internal methodologies, frameworks, and points of view.
- Support the setup and scaling of innovation functions, venture-client programs, and

innovation governance models.
- Co-create with clients combining strategic thinking, service design, and pragmatic

execution.
- Work on operating models, roadmaps, KPIs, and execution frameworks that make
