Our Growth Graduate Program is designed for top performers: graduates who shined in the top 10% of their class and who are ready for a hands-on experience, learning about strategy, analytics, and impact. As part of Fever's Growth Team, you will use data analysis and market insights to support the execution of business strategies across all markets.Working closely with team members across different countries will teach you how we grow our business and contribute to key projects.

About the Role:
- Collaborate with multiple teams to help develop and implement growth strategies.
- Work on special projects related to improving key business metrics and optimizing operations.
- Help monitor industry trends and internal performance to identify opportunities for growth.
