~ Define and own Ailin's product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals.




~ Translate complex challenges into simple, intuitive product solutions for patients and healthcare professionals.
~ Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and data to bring impactful products to life.
~ Introduce and scale Agile product practices across a growing tech and product team.
~ Stay ahead of trends in AI and digital health to continuously innovate and differentiate our offering.
~3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in fast-paced tech environments.
~ Experience working closely with development teams, with a deep understanding of technical constraints and system architecture.
~ Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and a track record of driving Agile adoption within teams.
~ Passion for healthcare innovation—experience in health/pharma/biotech is a strong plus.
~ Familiarity or experience with AI/ML technologies is highly valued
