we create content that enables customers and Roche service personnel to use, install, and maintain diagnostic instruments and software.Your key responsibilities:Own all technical content during the product's lifecycle. Accountable for end to end content creation assisting in defining content elements and planning for the specific project. If content is created externally, coordinate with vendor, manage vendor relationship, closely monitor project.Define and plan the content scope and delivery and determine the channels for the assigned products according to the content strategy.Responsible for stakeholder management, working closely with the GCS Project Leader and project management (PPE) to assist with planning content delivery.
