This position is responsible for leading the entire demand forecasting process for IBERIA, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and communication, and developing and monitoring Supply Chain KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and drive their implementation.Key Responsabilities• Lead the monthly S&OP; process and demand planning activities for new product introductions. • Develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical sales data, market trends, and business insights.



• Communicate significant changes in sales forecasts, budgets, business strategies, risks, and opportunities to management and senior leadership.• Ensure the effective integration of demand forecasts into replenishment planning. • Develop, monitor, and maintain Supply Chain key performance indicators (KPIs).• Leverage Power BI and other analytical tools to generate meaningful business reports and analyses. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain function.• Lead or actively participate in cross-functional projects related to planning, analytics, and process optimization.Recquired Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
