Puerto Rico (Relocation Assistance Available), USA Territory Open to candidates outside the US Territory who are available to relocate Salary Range: USD $175,000 + by experience plus comprehensive benefits Shift: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. In addition, Master degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Strategic Management, or a related discipline is a plus.
Experience overseeing engineering, infrastructure, or large-scale operational projects Strong leadership, organizational, project management, negotiation, and change management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively interact and influence personnel at all levels of the organization, from executive leadership and directors to frontline operators. Bilingual Spanish and English required.



Knowledge and experience in the operation, maintenance, and reliability management of large-scale outdoor industrial equipment and infrastructure.
Knowledge and experience in the handling, storage, transportation, and regulatory compliance of hazardous materials and bulk tank systems, with a strong commitment to safety and environmental standards.
Ensure safe, efficient, reliable, and high-performing operations while maintaining compliance with company standards and procedures. Manage operational and capital budgets, driving cost optimization and service excellence. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and operational transformation projects. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
