Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to join our E-Commerce team at our Barcelona HQ. Own, optimize and expand CRM and lifecycle email campaigns across EU brands: welcome, browse/cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, price drop and nurture flows, with SMS coming soon
Build and maintain the retention calendar, aligned with seasonal launches, brand messaging and key products
Develop consumer segmentation based on RFM data and behavior
Stay on top of CRM and retention trends, and bring forward recommendations on new channels like SMS and loyalty
Partner with Design, Marketing and Merchandising to deliver campaigns on time, including assets, QA and landing pages
Support database growth and lead generation through tactics like giveaways





Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in CRM or email marketing, ideally in retail
Advanced knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot or Mailchimp
Good understanding of digital/e-commerce KPIs and what drives performance
Advanced professional English; Experience with Google Analytics is a plus

Hybrid: 2 days in the office, 3 remote
