Inbound Sales Development Representative About The Role
- Engage high‐potential Spanish B2B prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other inbound channels
- Qualify leads by uncovering needs, budget, and decision‐making process, then hand off sales‐ready opportunities to account executives
- Act as a subject‐matter expert on Genesy AI's platform, demonstrating its value in optimizing Spanish companies' prospecting workflows
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, sequences, and campaigns tailored to the Spanish market




- Track and report key metrics to continuously improve effectiveness
- Gather market intelligence (competitor activities, vertical‐specific challenges) and feed insights back into product and go‐to‐market strategy

About You Must‐have
- Advanced level of English and native Spanish language skills
- 1 year of proven B2B SDR or inbound sales experience, ideally within SaaS or technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable owning video calls and cold calls
- Solid understanding of B2B prospecting best practices (ICP definition, sequence building, objection handling)
- Data‐driven mindset: familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and key metrics (SQLs, DemoGen, conversion rates)
- Self‐starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and resilience in navigating a growing startup environment
- Barcelona‐based or open to relocating to our vibrant city
