Role Description The Spain Country Manager will oversee VESTA's business operations and growth in Spain,



ensuring strong market presence and alignment with corporate strategy.
This full-time, on-site role based in Spain (Madrid or Barcelona preferable) involves developing and executing country-level sales and marketing plans, building and managing relationships with distributors, partners, and key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.
The role includes leading local distributors, setting performance targets, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and ensuring that VESTA solutions meet local customer and regulatory requirements.
The Spain Country Manager will collaborate closely with headquarters on forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, and will represent VESTA at industry events, customer meetings, and professional networks.
Day-to-day activities also include coordinating product launches, supporting major bids and projects, and promoting a culture of compliance, safety, and high performance.
