Propose and drive initiatives that reinforce our culture by creating opportunities for connection, including events for Spooners and their families.
Use AI tools to streamline event planning, travel coordination, and workplace operations, automating repetitive tasks and freeing up time to focus on high-impact initiatives.
Be the point of reference for on-site and remote Spooners, handling day-to-day requests and supporting new hires through relocation and onboarding to ensure they get started effectively.
Proficiency in English. You read, write, and speak proficiently in English.
You'll fulfill your role from the office each day, contributing in person to the team's goals.
