We're a multi-brand platform looking for a Product Manager whose north star is user engagement - how deeply and how often users interact with the product beyond their core transaction. You'll own the full incentives and retention stack across the portfolio: the mechanics that reward users, and the in-product experience that gets them to actually engage with those mechanics. Define and own the roadmap for incentives, retention, and loyalty features across our multi-brand portfolio, with user engagement as the guiding metric for prioritization.
Partner with CRM/lifecycle marketing to translate campaign and segmentation needs into product requirements and platform capabilities.
Design and prioritize AB tests on incentive mechanics, offer structures, and retention flows.
Partner with design to test UI placements, entry points, and promotional surfaces (banners, nudges, badges, wallet screens) that drive feature adoption.
