Lead Homeclub's digital product and transform the website into an increasingly pivotal direct sales channel. You will be responsible for understanding user behavior, optimizing their experience, defining and prioritizing new features, and continuously improving conversion rates from initial visits to inquiries and bookings.
Take functional and business ownership of the digital channel, its evolution, and its performance.
Define the digital product strategy and roadmap, fully aligned with business objectives.
Identify drop-offs, points of friction, and improvement opportunities at every stage of the digital funnel.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—analysis, definition, design, development, launch, measurement, and iteration—coordinating key teams to ensure flawless execution within established deadlines.




Coordinate the efforts of UX/UI, Product Owners, and the engineering team, ensuring clear priorities and agile execution.
Collaborate with Marketing to analyze traffic sources, intent, and quality, improving on-site and in-app conversion rates.
Partner with Reservations and Sales to seamlessly bridge the digital journey with human touchpoints and boost conversion on online-generated leads.
Progressively drive online bookings to increase the share of the direct digital channel within Homeclub's overall business.
