The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Unit Head IG/HAE to lead our commercial operations in Spain as part of the Iberian Cluster Leadership Team. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving commercial excellence, delivering ambitious growth targets, and ensuring strong cross-functional alignment across the organization.

In this role, you will shape and execute commercial strategies, lead successful product launches, and build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader to significantly influence business performance and contribute to sustainable growth.

As Business Unit Head IG/HAE Spain, you will be accountable for the overall commercial performance of the business unit. You will lead a high-performing team, oversee sales and marketing strategies,



and ensure alignment with Iberian and global priorities.

You will report to the General Manager and serve as a key member of the Iberian Country Leadership Team, contributing to cluster strategy and organizational success.

The Role
- Drive sales performance across key brands, ensuring achievement of revenue, market share, and volume targets
- Own and manage the commercial P&L;, ensuring strong financial performance through effective budgeting, cost control, and ROI optimization
- Lead annual budgeting and long-term planning (MTP) and monitor performance with proactive corrective actions
- Develop and execute the local commercial strategy across sales, marketing, key account management, pricing, and contracting
- Ensure excellence in product launches, including readiness, execution, and market uptake
- Contribute to general and regional brand planning processes
- Lead brand strategy and lifecycle managemen
