What You’ll Do
Seller Acquisition & Growth
- Recruit new sellers (pharmacies, parapharmacies and brands) and support the onboarding and catalogue inclusion process.
- Build trusted relationships with sellers and support them in growing their performance on the marketplace.
- Collaborate on negotiations related to catalogue setup and commercial conditions.
Seller Operations & Support
- Guide sellers through platform usage, catalogue configuration and best practices.
- Support daily operations:orders, shipping, returns and incident resolution.
- Ensure smooth fulfilment and proactively solve issues to improve seller experience.
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor key seller KPIs and id
