Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily sports programs, activities, and events
- Organize training schedules, tournaments, and recreational activities
- Communicate with coaches, participants, vendors, and management teams
- Ensure sports facilities, equipment, and materials are properly maintained
- Assist in planning and promoting sports events and community activities
- Monitor participant registrations, attendance, and program performance
- Support budgeting, reporting, and operational documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational policies
- Handle participant inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Assist in developing new sports initiatives and engagement programs

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sports Management, Physical Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in sports coordination, event management, or recreational activities




- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when required
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Passion for sports, fitness, and community engagement

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience coordinating tournaments, leagues, or fitness programs
- Familiarity with sports facility operations and scheduling systems
- CPR or First Aid certification is an advantage
- Bilingual communication skills (English and Arabic preferred)
