Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Sales Manager Spain will help to drive AB’s commercial strategy in the Spain market. Identification of new projects and active generation of business opportunities
Development and maintenance of relationships with developers, funds and investors, EPC contractors, engineering companies, waste management companies, the agro-industrial sector and water/wastewater operators
Development of key accounts and long-term commercial relationships with the main players in the sector
Follow-up of projects from the early development stages through contract award and signature




Analysis of customer needs and definition, together with the technical teams, of the most suitable solution
Preparation and coordination of technical and commercial proposals
Negotiation of prices, scope, commercial terms and contractual conditions
Management of the sales pipeline, forecast and CRM updates
Monitoring of the market, competitors, new projects and technology developments
Coordination with the technical and commercial teams of AB Energy Spain and with the wider AB Group organization
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Project Sales within technical B2B sectors
Experience in the biogas or biomethane market, or in directly related sectors such as waste treatment, wastewater, renewable gases or industrial energy solutions
Knowledge of the Spanish biogas/biomethane market, its main players and project development dynamics
Experience in selling CAPEX p
