As part of the Customer Marketing team at Contentsquare, Lifecycle Marketing is focused on nurturing our user base, driving adoption, and fostering long-term engagement. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Lifecycle Data Specialist to join our team on a 1-year contract to optimize our customer marketing efforts through insightful data management and analysis. As a Lifecycle Data Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accessibility of user profile, engagement, and performance data for the Lifecycle team.



You will collaborate closely with lifecycle marketers and campaign specialists to leverage this data for segmentation, personalization, and analysis, ultimately improving user engagement and retention. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analysis techniques. Create, maintain, and analyze campaign performance dashboards, providing actionable insights into the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives and identifying areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement, retention, and expansion.
Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines and analytics tools with our marketing automation platforms.
