Location: Madrid and a warehouse in Guadalajara, Spain
Bigblue is looking for an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to manage our Spanish warehouse.
Consistently hold warehouse partners to strict SLA expectations
Provide reports of performance and action plans when needed
Recommend and implement methods and procedures to enhance performance
Monitor warehouse transformation projects (e.Build strong relationships with all warehouse stakeholders
Provide warehouse expertise to Growth and Customer Success team
Track & analyze warehouse costs.



Ability to travel onsite (driving license)
~ Strong computer literacy skills - including usage of Google Sheets/Excel.
~3+ year of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, e-commerce or 3PL management
~ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English

Learn a LOT in many different fields (product, logistics, data, etc.)
Work with the most promising European D2C brands and have a real influence on their overall strategy
Grow and build the Warehouse manager role & missions
