EV CHARGING REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – Southern Europe

Salary - up to €95,000 base + Variable + Car

An established and rapidly growing European technology company specialising in EV charging infrastructure is expanding its commercial footprint across Europe.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of the Southern European markets , with additional responsibility for selected neighbouring countries.
The position can be based remotely in Benelux, with extensive travel across the assigned markets.

Our client is an established European technology business with more than two decades of experience developing and supplying advanced EV charging solutions.
With the European EV charging market entering a significant phase of expansion, the company is now investing heavily in further international growth.
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be the commercial driving force behind the company's expansion across the Southern Europe regions and selected neighbouring markets.





Develop and execute the regional sales strategy across Southern Europe & neighbouring markets
Drive sales of AC and DC charging hardware
Research market trends, competitors, regulations and emerging commercial opportunities
Manage the complete sales process — from initial contact and qualification through negotiation and closing
Work closely with senior management, product and technical teams to translate market requirements into commercial opportunities
You may currently be working in EV charging, e-mobility, energy, electrical infrastructure, renewable energy, fleet solutions or another adjacent technology sector .
What matters most is your ability to combine industry knowledge, commercial instinct and entrepreneurial drive .

Several years of successful B2B sales or business development experience
An established network across Southern Europe
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
