Our HR team will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of MiniMed as a standalone company.
Provide HR support to the designated employee population within the region.
Build and sustain trusted partnerships with people leaders, promoting world-class HR practices.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions aligned with business objectives.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
Support leaders through annual performance cycles,



ensuring consistency in goal setting and evaluations.
Utilize HR data analytics and metrics to assess organizational effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of progressive HR experience
Ability to analyze complex data and drive fact-based decision making
Experience in Medical device, Technology, Healthcare, or Consumer Product industry a plus.
Proficiency in HRIS software (Workday)
