Job Description
Infrastructure decisions made at concept and design stages lock in decades of maintenance costs and operational risks.
Programs that treat infrastructure operations and maintenance as a downstream concern inherit systems that are more costly to operate and fail more often.
The ideal candidate brings senior, hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of high-speed and conventional rail infrastructure: planning, design, construction, testing and commissioning, and long-term operation and maintenance. Prior experience acting as technical authority or shadow operator, representing Infrastructure O&M; interests inside design and construction decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Leads infrastructure strategy and technical review for high-speed and conventional rail programs, from concept through commissioning.
- Acts as technical authority and shadow operator.
