Fike is a privately held business located in Blue Springs, MO with over 400 employees locally & over 1,200 employees worldwide.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Field Service Engineer to
Home-based, ideally located in Barcelona. A Home-based role but working on varied industrial sites, predominantly across Spain and EU countries.
Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and offering timely solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and acting as a reliable service engineer.




Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of service visits, technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions.
Ability to work emergency cover at short notice and be on an emergency call rota.
Proficient in using Windows, Gmail, Word, Excel.
Multi-skilled background – electrical, mechanical,
Controls & instrumentation.
