We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Swedish to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, chat, and automated alerts, ensuring efficient and effective responses.
Keep your knowledge current on our products and services tailored to individual customer needs.
Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate potential service issues to senior team members when necessary.
Collaborate: Work with your team on special projects and provide coverage for colleagues as needed.
Administrative Tasks: Manage holiday, sickness,



and overtime records while participating in regular team meetings.
Language Skills: C2/fluent in Swedish, both verbal and written, with a good level of English (minimum B2).
Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in technical support.
Advanced understanding of signal path connectivity, wireless networking, and music/audiovisual products.
Customer Focus: Strong aptitude for customer service with excellent listening skills and the ability to address customer needs.
Excellent remuneration package based on experience and performance.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM.
