Vertical Lead - Global Business Solutions, Portugal
Location: TikTok Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain
Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities to partner with TikTok
Lead and grow local and general client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions
Help deepen penetration in the market
Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market
Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships
Analyse market performance to constantly give feedback on optimised long‑term strategies
Leadership
Drive growth for the advertising business and increase TikTok footprint in the region
Work with the international leadership team to design and implement sales strategy
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the best possible go‑to‑market strategies, by introducing constructive fact‑based proposals
Responsible for people management including recruitment, talent development, organisational change and performance management
Minimum Qualifications
People management experience,
specifically sales teams
Manage, identify, and develop talent in a high‑performing, diverse team
Expert understanding of digital ad products, technologies and marketing ecosystems
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written English, Portuguese and Spanish as this role will work with vendors and stakeholders in those markets
Self‑starter, fast learner with a start‑up spirit
