As a Business Developer, you will join a dynamic team based in Spain. As a Business Developer, your main responsibilities will include:
Monitoring seller performance: Use analytical tools such as Qlik and Snowflake to monitor key seller performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.




Build and implement short- and mid-term action plans to help sellers achieve their business objectives and performance targets.
Work closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, Quality and other relevant teams to optimize seller strategies and improve performance across our platforms.
Reporting on performance: Prepare regular reports covering seller performance, budget tracking and activity across multiple platforms.
Analyze market trends and seller needs to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of the Spanish market.
At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management or a related field.
A proven track record of prospecting, negotiating and closing strategic business deals.
A strong performance-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
A strong understanding of e-commerce environments and the challenges faced by online sellers.
