As the specialist for your region, you will be responsible for driving growth in renewals sales and crafting a successful customer renewal experience.
A strong sales competence and confidence when communicating the business benefits our Collaboration Software provides customers.
Strong data analysis skills, supporting quote creation and closing renewals opportunities for accounts.
Use Salesforce.Fluency in French and English, including written and verbal communication for customer, partner, and internal business interactions.
~5+ years of experience in sales, renewals, sales support, customer success, or account management.
